With nearly twenty years of successful grant writing experience, Dr. Deborah McAfee now wants to bring her lighthearted workshop, expertise and copies of her grants on DVD to YOU and your school district!  The "Grant Queen.com" Grant Writing Workshop allows you to capture the information, knowledge, grant sites and copies of funded grants that are immediately available within your state!  This is a great in-service idea for your school district or a workshop event you will want to attend so you may get a head start on grant opportunities for this school year, as well as the 2012-2013 school year...a workshop that enables you to acquire professional development hours while gaining insight into grants and grant writing. Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance...be sure to be prepared as your community, state and federal grants are released.  Schools and/or non-profit agencies are sure to benefit when presented with grants, grant ideas and templates of grants ready to replicate and submit. "Easy" grants as well as more difficult time-consuming grants such as federal are shared, explained and actual copies of grants provided! State grants, area business grants and federal grants will be discussed and shared.
Be sure to let Dr. McAfee know of any specific grants or school district needs you are interested in so she may bring copies of these specific grants
for future replication or sites for acquisition of such materials being desired!
Not only will workshop participants engage in an informative three hour workshop, but they will also leave with:
1-Fifty-minute DVD explaining McAfee's tips and tricks to being successful ("hooks"  "coming in the back door" etc.) discussed within the workshop and
1-CD of grants (over 45) which have been funded and are currently available within your state
1-Introduction page explaining "key concepts" to remember when writing grants, such as "buzz words" and "hooks"
"Hard copies" of successful grants available through-out your state and
Sites for "easy money" as well as those deemed more time consuming.
Participants learn how to create that "hook" within a grant as well as learn how to make one grant work for many.
Why reinvent the wheel? Let's learn from each other - REGISTER NOW FOR A WORKSHOP NEAR YOU!

Consumable science materials, literacy and math manipulatives are always in demand! With the first-ladies thrust on childhood obesity a plethora of funds are available for outdoor garden areas, nature trails and butterfly gardens!  This workshop, the shared information both verbally and within the packets, as well as the two DVD's will focus on acquiring and sustaining grants.

If you are unable to attend one of the workshops... purchase the workshop on DVD and receive copies over three dozen successful grants. Workshop participants and those who order the workshop packet will also complete a $1,000 Community Grant that is ready to be faxed (and will also reimburse your district.)

Use your 21stCCLC, 21C, McKinney Vento or Title 1 line item Professional Development funding to learn how to sustain your schools various programs.
